Should I arrive early for my first class?

Yes it’s great if you can arrive 10 minutes before class begins. You’ll have time to complete registration, meet the teacher and get settled in.  We lock the door when class begins!

What should I bring to class?

Bring your yoga mat if you have one. If you don’t have one you may borrow a studio mat. We just ask that you clean the mat with the wipes we have in the Studio. You may also bring bottled water and a towel if you like. The most important thing to bring is an open mind and an empty belly. If you need to eat just prior to class choose something light to eat.

What should I wear to class?

Wear anything that is comfortable enough to allow you to move freely, but avoid baggy t-shirts as they usually end up getting in the way. Don’t wear any perfumes, colognes or scented lotions because many people are sensitive to fragrances.

Who can participate in class?

We recommend that students be 16 years of age and older to participate in our classes. A parent or guardian must fill out the medical release form for any student under the age of 18. In addition, it is recommend that pregnant women refrain from participating in hot yoga but may participate in any of our non-hot classes with a doctor's written approval.
