It considers each person a unique combination of the five elements and gives lifestyle tools accordingly. Come learn about your dosha and Ayurvedic self care techniques. Explore the link between Ayurveda and Yoga and how we can use Yoga therapeutically to heal imbalances.
The workshop will be lecture based with a gentle yoga practice at the end. Come wearing comfortable clothing.
