Sunday March 7, 2021: 4:00 - 6:00pm
Join Michelle for this stress relief and relaxation workshop. During this relaxing workshop, you'll be guided through specific postures that work with the connective tissue and meridians of the body. The poses are typically held 3 - 5 minutes with the use of props to assure comfort.
In addition to the yin postures, we will explore ball work. Ball work is used to help relieve soft tissue pain as well as emotional stress.
By combining both yin postures and ball work, this workshop will assist you in both restoring body imbalances and establishing the mind/body connection, which cultivates endurance and resilience.
Before you leave, you will mix an essential oil blend to help ease sore joints and muscles.
Cost: $25 (must pre-register), www.youniquehotyoga.com, click on workshops
What to bring: two blocks and two tennis balls (we will have some available at the studio too)
